Our goal is to make our services easy and pain-free for your practice, as well as to make it as convenient and rewarding as possible for your patients. The steps are simple:
1. Identify patients that would benefit from RPM. Have a conversation with them in order to ensure that they consent to participating and understand the benefits of doing so.
2. With patient's permission, we will ship our cellular-connected monitoring devices directly to them. From there, our dedicated team will reach out directly in order to help set up their devices. Our care managers and coordinators will continue to make contact with patients as needed, ensuring they are continuing to use their monitoring devices monthly in order to meet all necessary billing codes.
3. Our team will send you a monthly summary of the correct billing codes for each patient. We record all patient contact time down to the second in order to ensure that you have an accurate and compliant record of each code your practice will be submitting to insurance.
